Our single, on-demand sessions are the most cost-effective way to access expert, professional advise to support your career development.

Teams

Our consultancy for grassroots youth development programmes, has a proven track record of multiple podia and engaging young persons to become climbers for life. 
We have considerable experience in developing youth climbing squads, organising climbing competitions and supporting international athletes.

Single Session On-Demand

For individuals and teams, looking for a rapid response to a specific query or issue. 
Suitable for beginner and intermediate climbers, as well as for persons looking to improve their general wellbeing.

Online session: £35 for 30 min + pre-session agreement (usually completed via text, email or 15 min consultation). Additional 20 min: £10

In person: £50 per hour + applicable fees (ie wall entry, room booking, travel if outside of M25)

BMC FUNdamentals Course Provider

Private & Open workshops available

Groups of up to 10 participants, scheduled at your convenience and delivered at your wall. For bookings outside the M25 (London), additional fees apply. 


Focus on breaking complex tasks into more simple components is, for me, one of the key elements in the success of any coaching intervention. Participants on the FUNdamental workshops have the opportunity to develop their own method to deliver each technique, scaling the complexity according to the experience of their learners, and their own.


The BMC FUNdamental courses are part of the compulsory training for aspirants to the Mountain Training (MTUK) Coaching Pathway.  Open courses are available to book through the MTUK site.

Coaching for Neurodiversity

Working in collaboration with Manon Lloyd, we have developed a specialist coaching course - Coaching for Neurodiversity. This is a great opportunity for sports coaches and personal trainers to learn about neurodiversity and consider adjustments when delivering sessions for people who think, learn and relate differently. 


Participants will explore and practice communication skills and examine the best practises in delivering training sessions for neurodivergent clients - adults & children - in a sporting context.

The underpinning of the course is our combined coaching experience, specialist knowledge and shared resources. Equally relevant, the training was developed from our own lived experience with neurodiversity: we are both diagnosed with a neuro-developmental condition and we also have them in our families.
